Larsen & Toubro Infotech I have an offer from Atos and Hcl and Lti . Highest package is LTI with 19 lpa , YOE 10 years sap basis . I am trying to negotiate with atos for 22 lpa but it seems they are reluctant to agree and they said max they can offer is 19 lpa. JPMorgan Chase recently introduced a policy change to increase the notice period to 60 days. I'm a 602 and resigned recently and yet my LWD is showing up as 30 days from now. Anyone recently resigned can confirm if they are facing the same or new policy is in effect. This is causing confusion with the next companies I'm interviewing with.
Hi all, recently in touch by Spotify recruiter for a Sec Engineer position for remote EU and was told that range was 60-80 out of base salary and equity. Had 2 years of security experience out of my 4 years. Was also told that there is no bonus scheme or no sign in bonus 😕 Not sure how I feel about this tbh.

I got a remote L6 SWE offer at Google but the RSUs are too low for that level ($625k over 4 years), could not negotiate it higher. I’ve accepted the offer but trying to be hopeful that I could make it more equitable in the future if I perform well. Are stock refreshers based on the initial RSU grant or solely based on performance? Google

It's what I'm planning on doing. I just personally don't like the work environment where the hours are brutal, culture is hierarchical and archaic, and I don't feel particularly respected.
Be careful - you'll have to stomach some serious volatility and sometimes the pay cut is not worth it. Often times you're working along side 23 year olds who make 50k a year and lack any sort of work ethic or career aspirations. If you're one of the founding members or leading a group then it could be a helpful move but be sure to understand what exactly your day to day is before applying ....and even then your role will change 5x after you've joined. It's fun for some time - call it a sabbatical but not long term
