How is it that OD consultants are okay with being paid so little? I believe that A poor OD architecture can cause a huge number of failures, and we should be getting paid and represented way more!

The last two years have significantly changed my local market and the less-than-inflation federal pay raises are not cutting it. I am holding an offer of 12.2LPA having 4.4 yrs of experience in Citrix Administration.
MasterCard is offering me 13.5LPA as fixed pay and 7% as variable pay.

Not ready to negotiate more, should I accept the offer?

We get about 3-5 requests daily to fill out salary certifications for our employees in EMEA.

At the moment, we have to do all of them manually. We open a pdf, then open their employee file and plug away. It's tedious and time-consuming, but the banks I found won't accept an internal salary certification for some reason. They're adamant about using their form. Has anyone come across this?
