Pretty standard first year raise - be thankful you got any bonus
EY 1 I know but doesn’t everyone want more money
A3>S1 promotee, AM assurance, 10.4% raise, 1.5% bonus, tier 3
@pwc3great raise, but that bonus :-(
@pwc4 I hope this is similar to what m3 could get. Hope I am not too heavy in the salary bands.
I thought promotion year raise will be higher. Like 20%
Central market, advisory FDD, S1 to S2, $80k to $89k, $10k bonus (11% base and 12% bonus)
Just to put it in perspective, that seems about 1/2 of what a normal associate would get in terms of %. And you worked 1/2 a year. Seems reasonable
M2, 15% raise, 12% bonus, tier 2. Bonus was about where I expected but raise was considerably more than I expected.
Senior 1 to 2, 7%, bonus is 2%
A3->S1 assurance 10.6% raise 8.9% bonus tier 1
PwC5 what market and what tier?
Deals A1 to A2, 13% raise, 5% bonus (Tier 3)
A3 to S1 RA. 19% raise 3% bonus
M1->M2, 11% raise, 11% bonus, Tier 2
Following
Senior 1>2 13% raise and 11% bonus
Going from S3 to M1 in RA...hoping for at least 19%
S2->S3, 9% raise , 9% bonus , tier 2
