It will never be the way it was. You need to find a new normal that makes both of you happy. In the interim, as lame and unsexy as this sounds, schedule some time once a week
I hate to say it, but you kind of need to get on the bike to remember how good it feels to ride ? (Weird analogy?) at 14 months not much is going to shift that drastically to catalyze you getting back in the bed but you. Don’t worry once you start you’ll remember why you liked it in the first place :)

14 months and it’s non existent. Trying to tell myself it’s a season and it’s ok.
3 months post partum and it still feels a bit weird to me. The best way I found to get the spark back was going back to what got my pulse racing prior to having a baby - sexy lingerie, erotic literature etc. I found you really need to put in the effort to get the ‘sexy’ mindset back

Could be hormones especially if you are BFing. Try to schedule your time together. Not romantic but it gets easier
4months pp and we still haven’t gotten on the bike. The husband wanted to once and I joked my way out. Just not sure how to, if I’d enjoy it or if it’ll be awkward
