How much are sign in bonuses and starting salary as senior consultants/associated for strategy consulting (MBB, Strategy&, EYP, Deloitte S&O, etc.)?

I have 5.2 years of experience into Salesforce development and TechM was offering me 11 lpa ctc 5 months back....For some reasons, I was compelled to join CTS which offered me only 9.6LPA.

Now I realise that I am being underpaid and also I see no growth in the kind of project I am working with here in CTS....

I have an offer of 14 LPA. How much should I ask for if CTS plans to retain me?? Please help me with this.... I don't have any clue of the retention policies here in CTS..

In Nov. I signed a 2yr contract to be a Data Entry Specialist once I started in April they changed the job title to Date Analyst. The salary is based on job title and average for it in my state. How do I go about bringing this up and a salary change to match?
