How much does someone with 15 YOE make at an MBB like Boston consulting group in a “senior” senior manager role? Is 425 total comp reasonable?

I'm a new SDR and makes 50K base before bonus. If I meet quota 6 times or more the base increase to 55K & if I stay with my company for a year my base will increase to 65K. Is this too low for a SDR position? I've heard of that SDRs at Salesforce make 80K base, is that true? Any other company that would pay more for SDR's base salary?

I've been working here for about two years now, and I have to say, I love my job. The company culture is great and the people are wonderful to work with. But recently, I've noticed that my manager has been asking me to do more and more work on my own without giving me any additional compensation for my time. He just keeps telling me that if I want to get ahead, then this is what I need to do.
