25 days, use it all.
Letting PTO expire is a pay cut.

25 days. Used to have 30. Took every single one of them.
I get 'unlimited' and used a week last year. Hopefully this year will be different. I really enjoyed it at ACN where I had a good bank, but then tried to use up as much as I could over the summer so I didn't lose any at the end of the fiscal year
I have never not used all of my PTO each year

I use all my PTO cuz I’m not working for free for anyone
I think 25 days now that I’m at the 2 year mark. At 8 sick days, so effectively 33 days. I take like half
I get 20 and used 18 in 2019 and 20 last year. Those days off are critical for mental health.
25 days and use maybe 2 weeks a year

Unlimited. 9-10 days
Last year I earned 6 weeks PTO. Used about 4 weeks. This year I will earn 7

Planning to take the same

20 days PTO, 12 days sick. Last year I took 5 sick days and 6 PTO days. In 2019 it was about the same number of sick days but 12 PTO days.
This year I'm planning for at least 15 PTO days.
22 days PTO, unlimited sick. Haven’t taken a sick day, use all my vacation unless they offer to roll it because they need bodies during the holidays. That was the case this past year so this upcoming year I’ll have 28. I’ll use them all.

15 vacation days (I believe is low for industry standards). Used 18 last year (company offers “unpaid” time off). To me, a few extra days after long stressful engagements is worth loosing a few bucks. Still climbing the ladder at a good pace, not counted against me. Respected for keeping the WLB
