How much stock do you put on benefits? I have two offers with stark differences in benefits. Job 1: role I want, but benefit sucks (2 weeks paternity leave, 20% coinsurance). I wonder if I should just focus on role but Job 2 is a large company, so I can move around after 2-3 years I’d expect. Thoughts?

So I had 3 deals scheduled to either close end of May or mid June which were all pushed to end of June/beginning of July. Which is when I have my first vacation planned for over a year (I take 0 time off). My whole family is flying up and we’re renting a cabin near me. What do I do? I was wondering if the review course “CPE Self Study Course” for the CFF was enough preparation to study and pass the CFF exam. The CFE review course was enough and like if you get a question wrong it explains it well so that when it comes up in a different way in the real exam you can still get it. But when I saw the outline for the CFF material and there seems to be a lot of topics so I was wondering if the review course was sufficient considering this exam is also multiple choice. Thanks!

I am wanting to go into consulting. How can I use my experience in industry as an advantage to get into consulting? I had a few interviews with a firm, but I mentioned that I provided some efficiency solutions in my career, got a six sigma black belt, and analyze data to provide solutions on a daily basis in my current role.
After my 3rd chat with the firm, I have not heard back.
Any tips on what I can do to be considered in consulting? I've been in 3 different industries over the past 9 years.
