How often does everyone have to pull an all-nighter? How do you keep your sanity and energy levels up?

I work at bedside as a RT but unsure what to transition to. I've thought about IT but my mental health has deteriorated during the pandemic.

Is it common to get more and more conservative after highschool? Throughout high school I considered myself a leftist even at one point liking Bernie. But now over time I see myself getting more conservative. ( Not the anti mask/ anti vax kind) I seem to align myself more and more with individuals like Romney. Is this common?

Has anyone tested positive with COVID while pregnant? My spouse just tested positive and I’m staying someplace else to keep safe. But curious how worried I should be if I end up getting the virus?

Is genetic carrier screening prior to starting an ivf cycle necessary? I tested and found some disorders. Now my RE won’t start my cycle until my partner is tested. They are saying they will have to do special PGT tests if we are carriers of the same disorder. I am confused. I thought this type of testing was optional and usually recommended if you are using a donor. My guess is that they are booked and pushing me to the Jan cycle. Thoughts?

Does Next Gen issue a formal report for PGS testing results? I had my embryos tested and my clinic just told me which were normal and abnormal. No other info on embryos ratings, etc. they could have not even sent it in for all I know!
Also, how involved are you REs? I’ve been through 2 retrievals now, but feel kinda in the dark still on a lot of things. Some of the nurses are hit or miss and if I want to talk to my doctor I have to schedule a consultation and its typically a 2 week wait.

I have been faking and slacking for last 2 years. I am not being pushed and challenged at work. Nobody bothers to follow-up on my work. I take my sweet time to do the bare minimum. I took a break for depression and came back . Still I didn’t have the enthusiasm to do the work.Should I just quit and figure out what I really want to do ?

If anyone he has done extensive laser hair removal (I’m talking full body), how much did your treatments cost and was it worth it? I have been finding a number of providers that are in-network (UHC) but the surgery centers are out of network and I was told that I have to use in-network. Has anyone else encountered this problem? I'm not seeing how much use the benefit is when the most expensive part is out of network.

What was your experience with the LSAT? Do you think it's gatekeeping, preventing students who can't afford it (often people of color) from entering the field?
