2.7 gpa, 327 GRE (164Q, 163V), got into about 1/2 the schools I applied to including 2 M7s (1 with scholarship) - I think you can get in but you need a really high test score, likely 330+ to get near full rides, and even then it’s not likely given your gpa is low.

Having clear goals and tying them to the resources (curriculum, clubs, etc) at the programs you are applying to will be key in securing scholarships.
Your stats are just one component of the evaluation. You will need an above average (328+) GRE to make up for the subpar GPA.
You didn't mention what you are doing now - work-wise or leadership-wise (either at work our outside). These can play a significant part in scholarship consideration.
You are more than your 2.5!
