How's the things going at Publicis Sapient, currently giving interviews for SDS (SAL1) ... What's the pay can be expected, how are projects, wlb, hikes and any other suggestions will be helpful

When I was a device driver developer with 2 years relevant experience I had got calls from Nvidia and Qualcomm. Unfortunately I wasn't able to crack the interviews back then.

For next 5 years I worked mostly on application development and broadening my exposure. I am not getting even a single call from such companies now.

Is it a good idea to rebrand myself as a device driver developer so that I can get calls again?

Preparing for my final round case interview and I’ve realized that whereas prior to the first round I was pretty comfortable with casing, now I’m less and less so since I’m increasingly anxious that I could not come up with the right buckets. I’m also doing more untraditional cases at times which makes me feel like I’m not performing that well. Has anyone experienced similar things? How did you cope with it/What’s your advice? Many thanks in advance since I’m now a ball of stress 😩😩

I had call with the HR for he position based out of Mumbai everything in interview and they are ready to share the offer. however, I quoted for 10 lakhs and they said for fixed pay of 8.75.
Although, i checked on Google as well average pay they are giving is 9.7 lakh
So should I accept the offer as per their negotiation or shall positively tell them why 10 lakh is justified?

I have completed my tech interview rounds with UBS and have received email for fitment round.

Can anyone share what happens in this fitment round on interview?
HRs have asked to submit documents even before this fitment round; which seems unusual. Is this normal for UBS and this is how they progress?

have a requirement to show an interactive scatter chart in Power Point from data stored in an Excel spreadsheet. In ELSS mutual the total we can save save tax is 1.5lakh. Do we need to invest yearly 1.5 lakh yearly to save tax? I am planning to have a Sip of 5000 monthly for 3 years. So total money invested in 3 years will be around 60000 * 3 = 180000.
Will that be sufficient to save tax or Do I need to have a sip of 12000 per month to save tax.
