HR asking to share offer letter for counter offer

I am ready to share CTC breakup, joining date from compensation annexure but he is not accepting that he need complete offer letter or else CTC breakup with company name.

Should I go ahead and share atleast CTC breakup with company name or share complete offer letter or i should only share CTC breakup without company name on it.

I feel like I've been lowballed, can someone explain the below breakdown please?

Base salary: 60k
Quarterly quota (per quarter): 107k
Quarterly bonus (per annum): 23k
130% Annual bonus = 11.5k
"23% commission on quota minus base": 37k (don't understand this)
"Proposed 23% commission on 150% quota minus base": 86.5k
Sales commission threshold per month: 22k
OTE: 122k
Cost/Sales: 28%

That base salary is lower than my previous base by a significant amount by 32.7%

4.75 YOE in consulting. What comp should I be aiming for? Looking at strategy and business development roles across industries. I’m at 110K right now.

I am not sure if u should attend the interview or not at GDS.
When I shared this scenario with my EY IN HR, she said please don't attend it may create conflict and you may also get blacklisted.

EY GDS HR is like, you can attend the interview, there's no problem at all. We don't have such a policy. Please suggest what decision I should make.
