There are lot of mixed reviews about Nagarro.. some folks are saying Nagarro do not fire even in covid the only did the pay cuts and did not fire anyone... where as some folks are saying Nagarro is hiring rigorously more than their projects strength so firing will happen for sure and if you are on bench for more than 1 month you are in red zone as the same happened in past... what is the mystery.. can anyone from Nagarro an honest review about this organization.

Huron people seem more fun/happier and slightly more motivated from my limited experience. Sounds like they pay about the same. Source: I know a couple people that have worked for each. Both know their stuff when it comes to healthcare.
I’ve worked at both and feel that both know their stuff, specifically when it comes to revenue cycle. There are obviously reasons I left Huron and I am now happy at Navigant, but more so related to internal political reasons. People jump back and forth pretty often it seems. Feel free to reach out if you want to know more.
Do you have a burner? Will love to hear further. Thanks!
This is an ongoing argument in the HC bowl. Bottomline: it depends on the practice, your team, and what you like as an employee. I would suggest reaching out to a couple of people from each place to get a sense of which would be a better fit for you personally
Thank you! Do you have a burner? Will love to hear further
Huron - but honestly go wherever the most money is. Huron might be more flexible with comp given high demand for staff
How long does Navigant recruiter usually get back to you after first initial interview?
A week or maybe a little longer
I have really enjoyed working at Navigant. The culture in the healthcare practice is really strong. There are always good opportunities for growth, especially if you ask.
Huron...lol. I am in the Healthcare practice. I was part of an acquisition. I was worried at first but I love working for Huron. It sounds like you would be in PI as opposed to HTSG.
Do you have any experience with/at Navigant?
