I had Technical and Managerial discussion with TCS on 2 sept. I was told I will get HR call.Then on 11th sept i got onboarding email to submit documents and the next day all the documents got verified but since then I didn't get any update and it has been more than two weeks.Ibegin portal shows evaluation in progress. Any idea if they will be sending an offer?

Is Infosys giving permanent wfh for new joiners?
If yes, will they mention it in the offer letter?
Infosys office is not present in Kolkata and I don't want to relocate as I need to take care of my old parents and in-laws.

I'm interviewing with KKR for a Principal role in their real estate group. All online salary resources are all in alignment with a total comp of $200k+. I'm assuming based on the average salary reported across these portals for principal that those figures apply to the RE group as well. One of the reasons I want to transition from industry to consulting (tier 1) is that I get frustrated when I have to collaborate with mediocre people. My assumption is that Tier 1 consulting firms hire really sharp people and if I can get in, I’ll be collaborating with folks on top of their game (not expecting much from clients). I’m aware there are personal aspects I need to work on like my mindset, patience etc etc, but I just get so frustrated with blatant stupidity.
