I actually had this kid last week! The difference is that his pencil was also missing the eraser. He actually asked me for an eraser that fits on the end. I offered him a new pencil, his reply was "Nah, in trying to see how long I can actually use it". We had a good laugh, and I told him when he finally couldn't use it anymore, let me know, because I have plenty. Seriously though, what is your pencil policy?

I am starting to question my existence in this world. I have a nice job, decent salary, i work out and eat healthy, maintain my health, read 3 to 4 books every month, dont have any personal commitments (single), in my early 30s and things cant be any better. One of my friends, he made a switch just 6 months back hoping he would get a better work environment a better package, but now he is just frustrated with the working environment, being a backend developer he has been asked to just fix bugs for almost 5 months now and that too in javascript without any KTs or any other trainings when he clearly did mention in the interview that he does not have prior knowledge on javascript.
