my sister told me she knows her husband’s not having an affair because she’d have to organize that for him as well.
Do men like this really exist outside of sitcoms?
lol. A man who succeeds at 10,000 things but is human and imperfect and loses his keys.
Of course a woman is there to publicly (try to) humiliate him.
He’d be fine.
I used to be like that with my husband, eventually it got to the point though where I had to step back and ask myself what I was doing. You should be helpful to each other, but you also have to have some initiative to be an adult. Happy to say it all worked out, but can easily see how it just becomes expected once you do it all the time.
So true! On a weekly basis I have to answer at least 3 of these questions/scenarios… my husband is good about doing his own laundry when it’s needed though so I will take what I can get 😅 everything else on that list … well…
I wonder if this has to do less with the marriage and more how poorly a lot of men are raised by their parents to be so needy and unable or unwilling to take control or accountability in situations. Could it be that many boys were not raised to be men?
