I am not getting any response on my posts..I'm feeling depressed due to my bad luck. I have only 1 month noticeperiod left & had only 1 offer in hand with 40CTC. Right now my current salary is too low which is 27LPA with 14 yrs of exp and working as Data scientist. I am getting very few interview calls. I will be joining IBM next week in Bangalore ( physical onboarding ) and my hometown is in West bengal , My father is having health problems , mother won't be able to handle everything and no such person we can rely on . Also I am getting married in January . Hence If i stay in Bangalore there will be no one to take responsibility for my marriage prep also . Two company A&B gave more or less package X+3 Lakh.

Can we still negotiate with company A Or B to get top up from X+3 to make a clear decision to choose over one other.

How much programming language is important for a QA Engineer..

Need your inputs, I have experience in Java Automation for past 2 years.. now my yet join company is using Ruby for Automation. Not a big deal in learning about ruby. Only worried about that if I continue here, in process of learning ruby I might have unlearn java. If I need to come out then openings on Automation with ruby in the market is pretty much less I think..
