Hello fishes,
I have a background in finance and 6+ YOE of professional work experience, I had to leave CA in between due to family emergency and started working (although only 1 group of CA final is left, 1 is cleared already), so can anyone provide an insight if being CA qualified is a mandatory requirement in EY and EY GDS in position of Manager in Accounting, auditing,FAAS,AWM teams etc
Would appreciate any insight, as seems HR everywhere just see degree and not the relevant work ex..

I use foam tips instead of the silicon ones that were provided.
AirPods are hard on the ear, I got rid of mine after getting tired of constantly looking for it, charging it and it’s not so gentle on ear. Now use pair of Beats Flex with rubbery head, hang it around neck never lose it and can charge it using laptop charger, too.
Agreed. Way better products out there than just apple

I have the Bose sports earbuds.

Bluetooth mono headsets, the old school style clip on ear ones
Stop using the AirPods maybe?
AirPods are not. AirPods Pro are hard on ear bc they go inside it. Try gen 3 normal ones. You could also use Apple HomePod minis around the house.
Look into noise cancellation open ear headphones. Not the bone conducting ones, some have reported experiencing headaches.
I personally have the Oleap Pilot. It’s great for conference calls or video meetings, it screens out all the background noise on your end. It’s Bluetooth or you can opt-in for the usb toggle for a more secure connection.
Hello there.
I hate when that happens, it’s such a literal pain. You could try an airpods foam cover? They may offer some help. However wearing AirPods, headphones etc always causes discomfort after long time use. How many breaks are you taking? Rest those ears in between as much as you can.
Im not sure of a replacement for the air pods, but some big headphones like beats or boss comfort headphones work pretty good for me. And they offer Bluetooth.
Hope you find relief!

I think we will see more of these types of issues because so many of us are wearing earbuds that go in the ear. I can definitely say my ears are much more sensitive to the touch around the ear canal because I wear earbuds all the time. And I also discovered I can’t wear Apple earbuds. I wear them as seldom as I can usually only for work, when I’m in the office.

You likely got a pimple from grease being trapped and moisture. Salyciluc acid after you've washed with mild soap on a cotton ball. Let em air out!
Ear pimples are sooooooo painful.
Speaker phone while roaming?
Just expense a Bluetooth over ear foam headset. I wear mine all day. I can hear them, they can hear me, it works.
I use a behind one ear headset that has a “flap” over the ear that is very comfortable. It is a plantronics. Mine is corded but they also come wireless.
I work in an environment that’s generally pretty noisy and rather than wearing foam earplugs or over the ear muffs, I use Skullcandy’s Push Active model basically non stop and very seldom have any pain issues from contact with my ears. You could give those a shot! Skullcandy headphones work really well in those environments and even have “ambient modes” so you can still be aware of what’s going on around you while listening to whatever is playing.
Sony wmx4. You can thank me later.

Try bone induction headphones.
I wear over the head headphones from JBL and I love them. I’ve had others that are much more expensive but they where not as good. The foam hasn’t compressed or crushed in and I use them daily. Best of luck
