I am dating an African American woman. Together 3+ yrs, in general things are good. Would like to take our relationship to next level but I worry cultural difference may be an issue long term. By cultural difference I mean things like — tendency to divorce (I think the Nigerian / African culture has more marital patience), first world expectations in life (my gf has never left USA before and I want to live in Nigeria, with all its 3rd world problems, at some point), etc Anyone faced this before?

My confession is I have always had very competetive and hardworking close friends around me with whom I felt amazing to compete, do more and be the best. A few years back we all made to different countries, now I achieve far less than my potential and find it hard to be as efficient as before. How to fix this?

So I have been seeing a guy for 4 months. We have a pay disparity.. he earns less than I do (by quite a bit). Hi Fishes, I'm in a huge dilemma now. Im currently working with TCS and my CCTC is 10.29 LPA and I hold 2 offers, one with with Bank of America for 17.5 LPA Fixed and with CTS for 19 LPA.
My last date is Dec-30 and I received a call today from TCS HR for retaining me for 16 LPA max.
Earlier,before the call I had Bank of america in mind ahead of CTS for its work culture ,hike %, job security and other benefits. But here in TCS also I have very good role, job security and comfort.Please suggest!!
