Have you considered getting a prescription for anti-depressants? I raise this only because I know of people who were able to find more clarity when they weren’t overwhelmed by their feelings of unhappiness. Sometimes that extra tool can help you reassess things in your life that may no longer be serving you. I'm really sorry to hear that. Is it possible you're nutrient deficient? I was deficient in magnesium and turns out with supplements a lot of my depression symptoms went away
What does you therapist say about you taking antidepressants? Sometimes you just need a little help boosting your serotonin. I hope you feel batter. I really do
My therapist recommended I see a psych but I just haven’t had the courage. But these comments have really inspired me to just reach out and see
It may be worth considering whether there are any changes you can make in your work or personal life that would help improve your overall well-being. If you haven't already, you may want to speak with a career counselor or therapist.
