SPHR exam- has anyone ever been “randomly selected” for an application audit? This just happened to me and the sheer amount of effort that is going to go into collecting all the documents almost makes me not want to follow through. Since I didn’t finish undergrad, they’re asking for a copy of my high school diploma or transcript and that itself is going to be an absolute nightmare to get hold of. I accepted a FADP offer but I have lifelong crippling anxiety It leads to (TMI) diarrhea, I can’t sleep at night, among a lot of other issues. I see a therapist and have their support in school accom. I appear high functioning and ever since uni went remote my life and performance has only improved. I know I’m capable of getting the work done and they must see potential if they hired me. But I feel that if I ask for WFH or other accom. I’m gonna be shooting myself and my career in the foot.
