I applied for a position recently at a major retail financial company. I had three interviews and now I’ve been ghosted by the entire hiring team. No notice saying they are still in the interview process and no rejection letter. I have no idea why the company would do this. Any advice for how to cope?

Doing some career planning and wanted some advice. I have 4 years for project management experience in production and I just started PMing at an ad agency.

1.How long should I stay in this position before making my next move?
2. What should my next move be?! (Stay in the company and try to scale up or move on.)
3. Would getting my PMP at this point be helpful?

I was offered a pharma role. I’m a little nervous given the backlash on here about “once in pharma you’re always in pharma”. But the role is a promotion, double my salary, super kind people (ctd.)

Is it worth it to go back to school for a better track to a FAANG company? The division I’m currently in seems like there are no good opportunities, and I have the funds available to finish my undergraduate full time (Canada). Hi all, I have a question regarding retirement accounts. I am not sure if I should choose a Roth or 401k (company has 4+2% match). Currently 23, base salary is ~100k and investments have brought 45k this year which has me teetering between a 22-24% tax bracket.
