Hi I have 1 year experience in SAP Fico in capgemini and have ctc of 4.25 lakhs. I cleared two technical rounda where deep domain related questions were asked and it seems interview went very well and told I be getting Hr call for further process. Yea, that Citi is slow af.
Back to 2019 when I just graduated and was interviewing for the Valuation position, I started first round in early November. Two weeks silent no response of follow up, I thought I was done. First week of December, when I just accepted an offer from another place, HR called for second round interview targeting around Christmas.
I feel less bad now about how drawn out my processes are
Why would anyone go from JPM to Citi?? Jk…HR is very slow these days bc of all the WFH, just need to be patient.
I had a verbal offer and still waited a full month for actual letter. I’m an SVP.

Are you on LinkedIn? I applied to Citi, and had a recruiter reach out on LI. I think it sped up the process significantly. I had interviews next week and an offer the week after.
JPMC 1 He/she is correct. Can also be possible no HR. It happened to me 2 times in the past 2 months that without HR as bridge, Fitch Director and Citi Director directly emailed me to schedule for a call or interview. I applied randomly on LinkedIn too.
My friend even had a superday and they didn’t respond for like a month (she got the offer)

I got a recruiter ping, after our screening call she said someone will schedule an interview, it’s been five weeks and nothing. I signed another offer 🤣
Citi is slower then hell unless you get headhunted by a recruiter
I got lucky and was recruited out of a financial relief sales role that I hated. All in all from start to finish 2 and a half weeks I’d say. The team I joined lost a ton of people in a short span. Also had an internal referral I leveraged after recruiter contacted me
So should I sit tight for a phone screen in November?

If you aren’t getting an interview by now, keep applying for other roles. It only means you’ve submitted an application and that they’re interviewing those who they think are a fit
