Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

What year are you? If you are a 1st - 3rd year, start reviewing all of the commercial R/E resources on Practical Law (Westlaw) there in your downtime. Learn all the checklists. For example, if you do a lot of commercial leasing, then you should be reviewing resources every day that will help you draft commercial leases. Maybe that’s a treatise provided by Habitat or maybe it’s Friedman’s Book on leases. Teach yourself the stuff you don’t know. Ultimately, you are in charge of your own professional development. That is a lesson that you learn as you spend more time at any firm. Don’t rely on a mentor to sweep in and start spending a bunch of unbillable time with you to teach you everything you need to know. That’s a fool’s errand. And let the partners know that you want more involvement in the transaction. And let them know what you are already doing to learn more. You can lateral at any time. It’s most difficult to lateral in your first two years, but after that, you can lateral at any time. Get a law firm recruiter that you can talk to to discuss the situation. I personally like Stephen Stone out of Atlanta.
Be judicious about emphasizing your leasing experience. Leasing is not a money-maker for MOST firms unless they are doing gigantic leases or have a "chain" client (like a McDonald's) where volume speaks for itself.
Purchases and sales, financings, and joint venture agreements of various kinds are all selling points. That you have strong leasing experience is a plus, but you should sell that as an add-on, not as a primary area of expertise.
Two years and apply to as many places as you can. You've shown dedication and then it's time to spread your wings.
Focus on what you want for your future that's POSITIVE; stay away from what's negative about your current position. Once you've spoken about all the positive things you are looking for -- training, resources, growth opportunities -- if asked about your current position, you can simply say that those things are weaknesses in your existing environment.
Your lateral opportunities at BL and mid-sized firms are probably about the same for different reasons. You'll get paid more in BL, but be prepared: your compensation comes with some very high expectations about quality and productivity.
