I did 4 years in FDD and now I’ve done 2 in M&A consulting, looking for a job in corporate development. Any good tips for networking into good Corp dev jobs?

Almost 4YOE at Big 4 TAS. Seen high turnovers this year. Thoughts on the following options: FPA vs. CorpDev vs. MM IB vs. MBA to BB/EB or MBB?

Industry offer- 130k remote or possibly DC area, Avg brand name, 40 hours of work max, okayish type of work.

Consulting offer- Sr Consultant Level, salary probably around 110k, Could stay in my current city, typical consulting hours-50-60 hours?, Maybe more exciting analytics work.

Which one would be a better option and why?

I keep seeing people on LinkedIn with startup advisor and angel investor titles on top of their current corporate jobs. Would it be possible? Can everyone be technically an advisor?

What should I do in a scenario where I was hired (12+ years) with far less salary than(~20% less) than other members (4+ experience) in team and asked to take 80% of team's responsibilities. The hiring manager low balled me sensing that I am in dire need of that job and now I am stuck for 2 years now. The company is a big shot but I am literally getting paid less than what I used to make 10 years ago. Should I try to move within or look outside?

I have an experience of 6 years in Production and Application Support. I have worked as middleware administrator as well for Jboss and Weblogic.
But due to the diminishing demands of the role in IT industry , I am planning to switch my career in Devops or AWS which would help me grow.
But I am not sure without any practical knowledge, will I get a job at this many years of experience in a different profile.
Do companies hire for AWS profiles with good packages at beginners level?

hi all, currently have two offers:

1: EY - FDD, home city, very good $$ for FDD

2: PwC - post-merger integration, DDV team (essentially M&A Consulting) - bigger city, always been keen to move

Coming as a Senior in Audit, with recent FDD exposure (2 deals, obviously not much). I was looking for something more than just number crunching, wanting a mix of quant / quali / strategic work. M&A Advisory or a Corp Strategy role is where I'm looking to end up long term.
