Congratulations! Wharton would be a great experience.
Besides HCM (and Lauder, which is a different, dual-degree beast), your major at Wharton is inconsequential - besides a talking point when recruiting and networking - unless you're an international student who wants to pursue a STEM major. It's really just a collection of courses. Try to understand what you want to gain from the MBA - better analytical skills. Take more business analytics courses (and that will be your major). Environment and sustainability? You'll have plenty of courses to choose from (and they'll end up being either the BEES major or the new ESG-themed major).
Thanks a lot for the tips! This is super helpful. My current intended major in entrepreneurship, mostly due to Wharton SF, but I'm exploring if there are better options. Will relook at the electives in entrepreneurship just to reassure.
Why would it be a lost cause?
Wow I didnt know that's possible. Thanks for the tips!
