I got an offer at Salesforce that would give me more responsibities/growth, but it's not a raise in title. I'm still interested becuase it would give me a path to FAANG. What do you suggest?

My TC has fluctuated (currently around 135K CAD), but it seems like it's relatively easy to breach the 100K bar, but hard to breach the 150K bar.
