I got sexually harassed on the first day two weeks ago at a marketing firm by the ceo. This was my first role out of college. The ceo started talking to me about how he can’t “relieve himself” because he has hired me to be there full time. In the interview, he picked up my whole body and hurt my back thinking it was a joke. It wasn’t a joke. I am not sure what to do. I dropped the job (no papers were signed as I was supposed to sign them via email that day). He thought I was naive & fragile.
