I graduated from the University 2021 studying HND in Electrical Engineering and I had 13 months internship as an Electrician at the British High commission, Accra,Ghana, west Africa. Now my internship is over and I'm back to starting my life all over again. I currently teach Taekwondo at the gym to sustain myself. I want to do better but I don't know weather to take HSE course, to divert, Data science etc. But I genuinely want to learn a skill and develop myself and add value.

Considering going for my MBA to open practice to more business consulting, but maintaining my full time practice. BP: 23 Lpa + 1L joining bonus with 1 year lock in ( location : pune)
Airbus: 26lpa + 5 L joining bonus with 3 year lock in( location : bangalore)
Shell: 26 lpa ( final offer being rolled out)location : bangalore

Please advice which company would have a good growth story and work life balance....

Airbus looks attractive but have heard some very harsh reviews on work life balance.

Hey all, transitioned from the military last spring and got a UX product manager position at a bank.

Pay is good, but missing the mission aspect of work. Have interview offers from Microsoft and Amazon for cleared PM work, but most of them are less product manager work and more adjacent program work.

This might just be grass is greener thinking, but would love to hear if you have made the transition if you enjoy cleared PM work or do you wish you stayed in the non-cleared space?

Hi all- My SO is currently at a Big4 & was initially preparing for S&O roles at GCP but given the high number of ex MBB consultants hired, they believe its just more competition to get the offer & to eventually get promoted over time.
