Hi there, I have 3.5 YOE working for NHS Finance. I applied to Deloitte Risk Advisory, Public Sector (London, UK) and was successful. Waiting to hear back with package offer but it’s been over 2 weeks - was told they may offer M2 grade, any ideas what this is?
I’m also interviewing for Senior consultant role also at Deloitte. How much would this typically pay?
Torn whether to stay within NHS as I will be getting an internal promotion or move to Deloitte.
What’s the WLB like? Good job security?

General rule is to tip for non medical. I tip for facials but not Botox.
I tip 18-25% no matter the price, depending on how good the service was.

I agree. This is ridiculous.
Was it a med spa? Then definitely not.
My hydra facial is $200 per session. I felt comfortable with tipping at that price! I would still tip, but a comfortable amount for you. Only you know your budget.
I only tip if the service is exceptionally good. If the facial is $300, I'm assuming they're well compensated for their time. Even if the materials for your face alone cost them $150 ( doubtful), the person doing the facial still would between $100-$150 for their time. That's more than what most people make hourly. So have no guilt and enjoy your experience.
Hmmm.. I get a hydrafacial at 150. Its cheap because I have a membership. Where are you located?
Yes
I’m a solo skin care professional. I do not accept tips. It’s not like we are paid minimum wage. I would prefer that the client purchase a skincare product to support their skincare goals.
