I’ve been doing ID for about 2 years now. Mostly slip and fall and WC work. Long-term, I want to move out of ID. I’m currently interviewing at a firm that does ID, but mostly does insurance coverage opinions. They also do some more complex ID, such as L&E.

Looking for a remote/hybrid/onsite (Calgary,Alberta) job for my boyfriend who got almost 5 years of experience in proposal writing, RFP, RFI and bid management for a civil engineering firm. I joined Mindtree on 8th Feb and not got project and I was waiting for last 2 and half month. So, i gave interview outside (tech mahindra) and got selected. Almost 30-35% they said they will give and i am negotiating on it.

My main concern was shift and i have some health issues and unable to continue in night shift in Mindtree and tech mahindra its purely EMEA shift and per project team update.

How much CTC one can expect as a full stack developer - fresher in Hyderabad & Banglore locations?

I’ve accepted an offer from a firm. Had to revise my joining date and the HR sent an email confirmation for the revised doj. I received an onboarding portal link from another HR, on their portal it’s mentioned my joining is in January which is even earlier than the joining date I received before on my OL which I got revised later on. The HR isn’t even reachable, they don’t reply to mails or pick calls. Don’t know what to do.

Lesson learnt:

Never tell your colleagues where you are joining beforehand.
Not all are good advisors, some will ruin your mind with their opinions.
