You have to be willing to stand firm and show them they need to do the same. Go to the top person, no one lower. Send them an email and request a meeting between you two.If AMYONE ask why you didn't go through them first, then name everyone you have spoken with, with no action. Explain in your meeting what was said, and that you've practically begged, and everyone ignores you or you get another excuse. Tell them in order what you want. Give them a week to make a decision, or your putting in a month notice. Be prepared to leave. Go the Labor Board. Have your ducks in a row, but keep following through, until you get the result you want. I would leave if it was me, but whatever you do, stand your ground until your happy. Good luck.
