Deloitte is the bigger name and pays a bit better but Grant Thronton has way nicer people and known to have a way better cultre and work environment. What should I do? Where should I go?Deloitte Grant Thornton

Where creative directors who have reached high-paying mediocrity go to snuff out their careers with stock options and free lunch
Some of the most sexist bullies I’ve encountered at agencies now work at FB Creative Shop
On one hand, it sounds like an actual nightmare right now. On the other, plenty of issues to fix! Could be grest, depending on your personal shade of advertising masochism.
Lol you know all those problems your client and agency say they have with money and budgets? Facebook doesn’t have any of that. Go for it and enjoy your higher salary and equity.
There seem to be pros and cons on both sides. FB as a company is going through some challenges - that doesn’t necessarily cascade into all places (ie The Creative Shop). It seems it would impact client trust (perhaps limiting some output), but little else. Numbers and compensation are still strong based on what I’ve heard, though pending how you are paid id definitely ask how they think current coverage might impact/has impacted bonuses. I think you need to decide what work you want to do. FB is not going away any time soon, getting platform side experience seems a good move given how industry is evolving. Did you like the team? Do you like the work you’d be doing? Evaluate based on that.
Higher salary, stock and a free lunch. However, the trade off is boring work and little creativity. These big guys don’t like taking risks. The other thing, is that many creative folks in Silicon Valley who have a conscience, are snubbing Facebook recruiters. This is because the company is basically public enemy number one right now.
Be OK with referring to him as “zuck” - also heat that they have similar but different issues to what we have agency side. Sure the $$$ and bennies are much better tho
