So not only is this a new experience for me going into such a large company but also a industry (semiconductors). Does anybody has tips or advices on what I should expect as a new hire and how I can set myself up for success? Thanks!

You are depressed and your brain is lying to you. You have so much value to your friends, family, and patients. Please consider seeking counseling and find the support and understanding you need and deserve. Call a friend and be honest w them about how you are feeling. Ask them to help you get help.
Hi RN. You can look at health insurance companies. They need case managers, case review nurses etc. All remote work but might be on phone a lot
I work in the fertility field. There are RN remote positions because it’s a desk job coordinating treatment plans and care. There is an app called “work from anywhere” that is all remote positions.
You sound like me a few years ago when I was totally in the dumps trying to find a job and purpose. Please talk to your doctor if you haven’t already.
I’m sending you a hug and hope we hear back from you with an update. I’m hopeful for you!
Humana is hiring remote RN case managers, United health as well
Can I ask where you are located at? My job is based in NYC, but everyone has been working remotely since pandemic as the job is telephonic. Let me know and I will be happy to submit your resume.
Maven clinic also has remote positions.
I maynot be a Nurse, but I understand exactly where your coming from I am a Medical Assistant, who lost her job of 2yrs due to COVID-19, I was unemployed from October 31, 2021 and went on countless of job interviews and literally felt like screaming stop jerking me around, if you want someone who has a car just say so, my life is not a joke or a yoyo for you to keep playing with I am not a toxic individual. I've been struggling with Unemployment who messed up my case because I tested positive for COVID-19 and was on mandatory quarantine for 2weeks and uploaded the proof....I have honestly rejected some employer's because of how nasty and unempathic they were towards their workers and patient. Not to mention CERA hasn't kicked in yet and the fear of losing my housing made me want to never see the light of Day again. I would literally be looking depressed when speaking virtually w/ my counselor, I didn't want to 🚿, comb my hair, or even get up to cook, I literally would sleep all day. My tortieshell cat, everytime I woke up she was by my head snoozing, if I haven't gotten up yet she would nuzzle my arm or use the edge of her claws to lightly touch me...my previous job, refused to make accomodations for me having a Learning Disability, yet wanted me to participate in making a fellow coworkers miserable which I certainly did not....it's not you,it's people who are in power who don't know the meaning of the words empathy, compassion, or sympathy. Jobs want you to work yourself to death, yes our ancestors had to do it but that doesn't mean this generation should sacrifice family or friends for a job...don't give up, I know it's hard, frustrating, and you just want to throw in the towel this world will make you feel worthless but you are far from that. P.s I have CPTSD and GAD, your handicap or disability doesn't define you period.
Don’t give up! What’s the problem? Nobody is calling you? Is your resume in need of revision
Don’t loose hope! From over here- it sounds like I would want to take a step back, draw a deep breath and look outside the box. Maybe you’re just not seeing clearly. I believe everyone has a role to play- especially in nursing. You’ll feel so much better when you find that path that is meant for you. Don’t force it!
Hi RN! There are case management (remote) positions you could try for. There are also tons of remote Scribe positions available but they don't pay well. There are also nursing education writing gigs and research jobs. Check out textbook publishers and pharma websites. You may benefit from working with a career coach with your CV and interview skills also.
Please don’t give up…this is a temporary problem that can be resolved! Looking for a job is a FULL TIME JOB. And constant rejection can take a toll on our mental health. I’m happy to share some encouragement that’s helped me that I hope can help you as well!
Telephone Triage is another remote option.
