I have been using screens for 9-12 hours a day. Does having blue glasses help?

Yes they do! You can also get screens for you devices to help with eye sensitivity.

I have the lenses in my regular glasses. I really can't tell if it's actually helping or if I'm placeboing myself though.

Haha, that's too much screen time for your bare eyes. Please get a blue light glasses. They surely help!

They don't work because they're treating the wrong problem. https://www.aao.org/eye-health/tips-prevention/are-computer-glasses-worth-it

Optamologist reported tiday no clinical evidence that ‘blue light glasses ‘ are any benefit. Better to rest your eyes frequently…

I had it added to my current glasses, and I noticed a difference.

Maybe it's just a placebo, but I don't care honestly.

Advice and/or consolation anyone? My wife and I (both above average health 30year olds) were trying for 11 months before getting pregnant and then had a week 5 early miscarriage a few months back. If the stress and surprise of just how difficult it apparently is to get pregnant wasn’t enough, the miscarriage put us over. We got back to it and have been trying for the last 2 months again, still no luck. We’re freaking out… all we want is a family. Any similar stories? Advice? 😢

I’m hosting family from America in my home in Europe this week. Being away for just a couple of years has made me really aware of American tendencies. They’re fat and literally are only always thinking of their next meal. We can eat, and they want to talk about dinner. They always complain about their knees and feet even though they’re also only in their mid thirties. I’ve decided to no longer host friends/family from America because it’s always like this 🤦🏼‍♂️ 🫃🏼

What does an exit from Salesforce consulting look like? I’m in a technical role leading a small team so my understanding is a technical/solution architect or a development team lead at either Salesforce or an end user like Amazon/Amex.

I have bounced around a couple consulting companies so would prefer not to do it again. Total 4 YOE.

I don’t think I have enough YOE to go for a program architect role at SF otherwise I’d be interested.
