Regular chiropractic work. Stretching during calls (door stretch, lying on floor with foam roller parallel to back just under shoulder blades). Valerian root/other muscle relaxants. Lacrosse ball rolling neck/shoulder against a wall.
Biiiiiiig variability in chiropractors. Took me a few tries to find a good one. But he is a miracle worker — I have zero back pain from an old sports injury now, and with WFH has also been instrumental in keeping my neck tightness from turning into headaches.

1. Invest in a good monitor so you’re not looking down at your laptop screen.
2. Buy a top of the line Herman Miller type ergo chair. It will set you back by $1200 or so but it is totally worth it. You are spending 14 hours a day on it.
3. Stand up every 45 mins and stretch like a cat for 2-3 mins.
M7 can you name a few please? TIA!
Picked up a Theragun months ago. Helps a bit.
Standing desk and acupuncture. Had terrible back pain and that combo helped immensely.
Massage gun was a great reliever (though also agree with PT discussed above). I bought the Sonic, but Theragun is great too I hear
