Anyone from EYP…I’m applying to “Strategy & Transactions Working Capital Consultant/Senior”. I have the experience, six sigma, PMP etc stated in the description. How can I proactively position myself to earn the interview? I’m afraid I might get auto rejected because I have way more than 2 years experience, but I know industry experience is weighted different. Appreciate any help, insight, or anyone willing to chat. Hello people, how common is a Amazon to PWC move ?
I’m interviewing for a Senior Associate role and TC seems to be more competitive than role in L5.
TC $114k- Base AMZ- $73k +$38kstocks ( vesting 17k$ due next year)
TC $135k Base PWC -$81$ + Bonuses ( 50k$)
Looking for managerial skills which the PWC role avails, and L6 promo doesn’t seem to be happening soon in current role. I’m also mentally stretched. I hear WLB in PWC is just as busy but can anyone confirm if this move makes any sense. Google Amazon

Honestly job market seems slow so I wouldn't sweat it. Also, if it does become an issue you could have the new company cover the balance as part of sign-on negotiations. I've had some cover my owed back tuition reimbursement and some sign sign-ons
Great question. From what I have read previously, if
an employee leaves before the 4-year anniversary (June 2026 in my case), you are entitled to what you contributed to the 401k, overtime, but not the company’s match.
Why the rush? Start looking in June. Don’t tempt fate.
Mainly because my lease ends around that time too. But I could always break it
If you are worried about finding something and starting it in June, then wait until mid to late May or beginning of June to start looking.
On the flip side, it could take you 3-6 months to find something else that you are looking for. The job market is rough right now, and no way of telling when it will improve and be in the job seekers favor.
That’s true. I will prob wait until around that time. Just trying to get my exit strategy together, as I feel that they are pushing me out with micro-aggressions and reminders that they can’t support my professional development at the pace I’m growing.
