Hi,
If I get referred at IBM, get a mail for details from the HR but do not reply as I currently don't want to switch because of some reasons, can I get referred again after say 3 months?
Asking cuz the profile blocks for an year after applying/getting referred at Accenture.
Please help with the answer.

Hey Fishbowl community! I currently work as a Sales Support Specialist with 3 YOE working at a SaaS company. My dream career is to work at Microsoft or Google. I am open to different opportunities that exceed 80k+ per year. I also have a BA in Business Admin. If anyone can refer me to a great remote position I would greatly appreciate it! 😀
No, you’re not. Better yourself.

Has anyone else begun to resent data science?

A week is enough time to reach out to the recruiter. Let them know you enjoyed meeting everyone, remain excited by the opportunity, and want to know if they can provide any feedback and/or insight into next steps and timing.
If you haven’t already sent thank you notes, you can ask for email addresses for your interviewees and use that as pretext to inquire to ask about what I mentioned above.
Yes, I reached out after I concluded the interview, thanked them and asked for next steps. Thanks for the advice - I think I’ll wait until mid-next week and follow up then. Appreciate it!
A week is not that long to be honest. There’s a zillion reasons why you might not have heard yet, the position got put on hold temporarily, a project is delayed you might have been working on, someone is on PTO, and they’re probably also interviewing other people. Yes reach out/follow up, but a week is not a nail in the coffin.
Only about 5 but over 4 visits so I risked a lot disappearing so much at my current job. I understand if they found a better fit, I just wish they’d let me know so I’d stop checking my inbox and getting my hopes up
Did you connect with any of them? Have a conversation in a couple of weeks. If you don’t think you could that, then you know why they aren’t calling.
Thank you!
You should follow up with the recruiter or HR to ask for an update. Even if they're delayed, people are traveling, etc. they should still provide you status update. This is my passive aggressive way of saying, "Hey, remember me, the person who gave you several hours of my time so I could come in for multiple rounds of meetings you couldn't be bothered to schedule in one day? Yeah, what happened there?"
