I'm in AWS, My current sal is , 23L base 13L JB 100 RSU (comprising 29L ) should I get 48L from ADP? I already have an offer of 32L fixed+10L variable + 6.4L JB from Accenture as L7 Mgr/Sol Arch. Among Accenture & ADP what would be better? (I personally feel as Accenture is purely a service based organisation, a higher salary would be a little risky, not sure thou) ADP Accenture
Hi fishes,
I am planning a switch so was going through some salary data for a software engineer. My ex-senior manager recommended me a website: Growceed.com which helped me a lot in getting clarification about a lot of things but I am in doubt whether the average salaries of software engineer mentioned on Growceed.com really that much in top MNC companies.

I'd negotiate to match your base AND keep the bonus. Why move to a lower base job? The sign on bonus ceases to be valuable in the following year. Base pay on the other hand is the annual guarantee, you don't want to find yourself in a situation where the following year you get no bonus and they don't up your pay. That means you're going backwards.
I read that wrong, thanks for correcting.
This would depend on the situation I’m in. If I cannot afford to lose the offer, I’d just leave it at that. If I can, then negotiate away.

Yes if you have credibility for sure
I'm more hesitant to negotiate an offer when I know companies have 10+ other candidates who are as good as me, and would be willing to take what they are offered. Personally, I would just take an offer that isn't a complete lowball.
