Hello, I am working in HCL Technologiesas L1 resource my CWL is nagpur but I want to change my working location . It was changed a few months back but they have referred back to nagpur again saying because of some policies so I asked for a project change thought it may be useful for location change, it's been 23 months in my current project I asked for release but my sdm is not willing to release. I cannot travel back to Nagpur vijaywada is my nearest location. Please suggest how I can proceed.
Anyone here who can refer me for internal project for dot net profile.

Valid. I would put your thoughts on the revisions and situation in writing. I would also speak to the main partner. I know it’s hard and others might disagree but don’t jeopardize your law license, credibility, or reputation.
Junior partner sort of brushed it aside and said the minutes (which I took and they revised) are accurate and there are no issues. The board member has since forwarded more emails and said if xyz goes through they will resign and notify the SEC as a whistleblower. Junior partner meanwhile wants me to look at board minutes and finalize (I do not agree with what is in them currently although I prepped the first draft).
I’m now concerned about my liability and prefer not continue working on this client with this junior partner.
Am I valid or being paranoid?

Thank you - I should mention there was a translator at the board meeting as the company is not a US company and most board members and EOs are in another country, but the translator was not good (not an official translator). Because of that I am not sure how much was lost in translation, but it appears there’s something shady going on.
Update apparently a board member emailed the named partners at our firm bc they weren’t getting a response from this jr partner.
One managing partner spoke to me and asked if I was uncomfortable bc he thinks she’s doing something wrong; I said yes and forwarded him all my objections I sent to her.
This jr partner calls me three times that day and I finally speak to her the following day where she tries to tell me I’m confused and nothing wrong occurred.
She then emails me at 5:30 pm today asking me to turn something else for this client by tmrw morning. Our firm actually does not encourage weekend work and most partners respect your time. This one is lazy and likes to pawn work off on everyone else at the last minute therefore I am not responding, as I have work for three other partners ahead of her that I need to complete by Wednesday before Xmas (Non big law firm and just received a rave review from leadership along with a nice raise and bonus).
