Having been in decision making about who gets laid off at ACN, it’s usually not based on a chargeability trend alone. They’re usually starting with performance, then look at staffing, the finally skills and LT potential.
This practice may be different and may have some less than capable managers if they were spreading hours around since the cut/no-cut decision will be based on financial performance and pipeline, not the average chargeability of a group of individuals.
I would contact an attorney on Monday. But, the decision was probably based on more than just this data.
