I sent a canned email from a template like I typically do but this guy got super angry. He sent an email saying horrible things to me, I'm pretty sure he found my Facebook and made a fake account to harass me, etc. I rejected guys from dates and they never took it like this guy did when I rejected him for the job. The job is an entry-level software engineer position. We had so many candidates apply and sadly we couldn’t take him. I told my boss and its being taken care of. Should I expect more of that in the future?

Hi guys, I have got one full time job for 14LPA from 10.5LPA in Coforge for BA role. On the other hand, I have one more offer for Canada and the job is on 2 years contract basis with 80k CAD per annum where I have to sign 2 years agreement as well that I can’t back out once I get the offer. What are your policies regarding consuming alcohol at company events? Do you have a process when someone is too drunk - call a Lyft/Uber? Confiscate keys? Are there any repercussions to the employee as the event is technically after hours even if company sponsored?
