I think I need to rebalance my 401k. I'm 60% fidelity growth, 25% voo, 10% reit, 5% vxus.
1. Is there a strategy to WHEN I should rebalance?
2. These are the only decent funds available to me, what allocation would you use? (My outside IRA & brokerage are almost 100% vti)

Also, that it is recommended to have at least one US stock, international stock , and bond. I am 24yo so ideally, I’d want to allocate 90%-100% to stocks and 0%-10% to the bond. I have a Fidelity Brokeragelink account for my 401k. Every other year I switch from pre and post tax contributions. My money is spread over 3 ETFs currently. Does anyone know how this is tracked? Say if $100k is traditional 401k and $100k is Roth 401k, but they’re mixed, how can Fidelity track what funds are Roth/traditional? If I’m up 300% in ARKK, how can I or anyone else at fidelity tell if the cost basis was pre or post tax contributions?
