I started a new job recently and then had my PTSD seriously triggered, plus a panic attack. Felt so on edge and low on emotional resources for over a week that I wasn’t myself and apparently really rubbed a few people the wrong way so I was called in for a talking to 😣. Has anyone else noticed they’re stressed without “feeling” stressed? I don’t feel as stressed as when I was in college.
