I turned down a job that offered me a salary increase from to 110k from 95k. For reference I was laid off at the end of 2022 and I started my new job a week ago and then had the second offer come in. The second company knew I had a standing offer and offered me the role a week into this new one. The 95k job is more at a more stable company and has much better benefits but the new company prob has more upside, def less stable. I know it’s hard to tell but wondering if I did the right thing.
