I have an offer with Capita plc for 22 LPA for 5 yoe.
It's complete WFH.
Tech stack is spring boot and microservices.
Is it a product based company or a service based company?
How wlb will be in Capita plc?
I have been offered 6A band as senior software engineer, so is 22LPA fair compensation?
Thanks in advance.

Most firms will reimburse you. If you work for a firm that does not reimburse you, you might want to go work for somebody who does. If they don’t value your education probably not a place you should continue your career
I think I paid around $2k for Bryant University online CFP course
+1 on Bryant. You definitely get what you pay for but if you can teach yourself from the material, you can save a ton of money.
👆 agree with El Presidente. Bryant U is much cheaper than $8k. It’s online and go at your own pace to knock it out. Absolutely no reason to get both. The ChFC is an alternative to the CFP - minor differences that shouldn’t cost you an additional $6k
I wanted both CFP and ChFC, so I went through American College. Started with the CFP and all my courses also applied to ChFC. Hindsight, now that I’ve had CFP for 12 years and the ChFC for a little less, I agree with the other commenters that both aren’t really needed. I did learn a bit more about business succession planning and funding buy-sell agreements from the ChFC, but there are other, less expensive ways to learn that stuff. If I did it all over again, I’d have pursued either the CFA or CIMA instead of the ChFC
Most firms also have a discount for this so you may want to check with your firm
