I want to transition from boutique to MBB/Big 4. Any tips?

Any suggestions or directions for leaving financial advisor/planner position? How could these skills translate to something else? I feel likes it’s narrowed my options significantly going in this direction.

Can anyone share their experience/thoughts about switching from consulting to a federal role?

Just finished successfully passed my second IAD (investment advice diploma) exam expect to have the third within 2 weeks, have three years relationship management experience at associate level and 2 at analyst level and have multiple degrees (been really fortunate) I want to head into the wealth manager position/junior banker. Can anyone advise the best way to position myself? Would prefer internally from a training point of view but open to external.

I have an offer with PWC SDC of 22lpa and currently am working with Wipro and cctc is 18lpa(10% vp).
I am excited at the same time a bit worried to join pwc SDC as I have been listening about the pathetic WLB at PWC SDC. Is it really true about WLB and can some one help me know on what kind of work would be on offer for a SA1 position having 7 yoe.

How do you go about not underselling yourself on a resume/interview while also not exaggerating your accomplishments? I have a lot of team/group experience but I think it would be an exaggeration to just say for example “formulated Omni-channel marketing plan targeting gen x consumer in consideration of a buy now pay later plan”. I had a role on a team and contributed, but I have heard recruiters are off put by stating you were part of a team effort since they don’t know your contribution to it.

Maybe a dumb question but when y’all say Total Comp/TC do you annualized the comp? Or do you include all the equity granted that will best over four years? For example:

1) TC = base + annual bonus + total value rsus/4 or
