Hi everyone. I'm pretty early in my career (just over 1 YOE) & not really enjoying my current role as a Consultant/Developer because of the type of projects I get combined with some mobility issues. However, I'm really interested in technical program management or project management and I'm looking for any advice on how to get there bc I've been applying, but can't even seem to get a call back.

How is the Change Management Analyst L2 work, role and responsibilities?

Assuming that I'm okay with a salary of 70K and more, and that I really don't want to work at a law firm. Is it going to be difficult for me to return to law with two years of experience and one year working in a legal adjacent role.

Some recruiter in Accenture lined me up for an interview for a role which was not in my skillset ( by saying that this is just an evaluation exercise and they will map me to the right role) and obviously I got rejected.
