Last year,I joined TCS from contract to Permanent role and they provided me 80k as joining bonus and now I am switching to another company without completing 1 year so they have mentioned -80k in the full and final settlement slip.
Can anyone please let me know if this amount can be negotiated or if possible they can waive off.

I run a temp agency but I'm consistently being mistreated and only gross under 68k. My current duties are: Contracting, Invoicing, Bills & Payments, (some) Tax prep, HR, Employer Relations, Managing Vehicles, Insurances, Business registrations, Correcting payroll, Legal, Onboarding paperwork, Finances, etc.
