Hi fishies! Are there any recruiters from Facebook (Meta) who would be kind enough to review my resume and give me some feedback? From my perspective I’m a candidate for some of the roles I’ve recently applied for and also have experience as a contingent worker there and would like some honest feedback so I can reassess and reapply. Thanks so much in advance!

For me it’s not landing the interview as much as it is getting to final selection, so I guess that’s where my area of opportunity is. For resume: I have very little stats, but I have all the words that people want, to fit ATS. It helps to have nice names on there (Apple, everybody recognizes godaddy in Austin, outbound engine I presume though I don’t have that) and well formatted. Absolutely toss them hoes in. I personally have a website but haven’t found that anyone cares about that. I’m also underemployed after having been laid off a few months ago so maybe I’m not the right person to listen to? I never have trouble getting a job, it’s getting the one that I like that’s the issue
It’s probably your resume honestly. Invest in a resume building software or resume specialist person.
Edit: as next comment mentioned, for sales your stats matter more than anything
Gotcha, I’ll take a look into it. Thank you!
A tip I received recently was to make sure that your stats are a part of your resume
Yes the market is definitely hot right now. Especially with lots of high level talents being laid off in the past few months, you gotta make sure your resume and effort stands out from the rest. Add strong numbers if you have or tailor your resume with keywords mirroring the job description. Try getting a referral in over PMing recruiters. I tend to find that works more often than not. Good luck out there!
Sorry I meant you can PM the talent acquisition partners who are in the company after you’ve applied to the role to ask for a chance to speak! You can also try to link up with the relevant SDR or managers to network and understand more about the company and can get a referral that way. Good luck!
I’ve had 4 interviews in the last couple of months. I ace the recruiter interview/ screening call. The next round or the subsequent ones I don’t make it through. That’s been my challenge.
Yes, I always make that a point. Be person replied that. The position was filled internally and he will get back to me if anything changes. The others don’t reply.
