I wonder why D thinks that well being means scheduling a lot more zoom calls to tell us how much they care about well being but on ground everyone is still burnt out since we have such crazy targets. Thoughts ?

I resigned Epam Anywhere last week because I am on bench since 2.5 month , package in EPAM Anywhere was 32.40 lpa fixed .

Started looking outside and got opportunities.

Two offers:

Citi bank- 3277000 fixed

Mastercard- 308000(including 2.80lakhs variable)

I am really confused between these two companies, I heard WLB is very good in Mastercard, but again their salary difference is too much.
